TTA Convention 2020: Punta Cana

We are pleased to announce that the Toronto Trucking Association’s 2020 Convention is to the adult only Sanctuary Cap Cana Resort located in Cap Cana, a private retreat inside Punta Cana. Cap Cana is made up of 30,000 acres of flawless beaches and oceanfront valley roads. The destination is also home to Punta Espada Golf Club, which is considered one of the best golf courses in the Caribbean.
All of Sanctuary’s 5 restaurants offer both indoor and alfresco seating with no reservations required as well as 24 hr. room service.

Please review the information below and register now! Note we require a non-refundable $150 deposit per person. Space is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Send in your registration A.S.A.P., your deposit can follow. Final payment is due on or before November 29.
Please note if a company wants to book space but you do not have the names of the attendees you can book the space by paying the non-refundable $150.00 deposit per person at time of booking. The names are due 45 days before departure.
Departure: February 9 – 7:40 a.m. – 12:50 p.m. (AirTransat)
Return: February 16 – 2:10 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. (AirTransat)
Prices are based on double occupancy. We are offering two room categories.
- Junior Suite Ocean View — $2,750 per person
- Junior Suite Oceanfront — $3,090 per person
Please note we have a limited number of rooms available in each category and they will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
If you are interested in extending your stay to 10 or 14 days please contact our office.
If you are interested in Emergency row seating or any other specific seating please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
You can purchase trip cancellation insurance, trip cancellation insurance plus medical or you can decline to purchase any insurance. The TTA does recommend that you take insurance but it is not mandatory. Please note the TTA does not assume any liability in regard to your insurance coverage.
We will be sending out the insurance information under separate cover once we have received your registration and deposit.
A valid passport is required.
